A Funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wahkon, Minn. for Annie Bjornson, 96, of Wahkon, Minn.

She died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at the Mille Lacs Long Term Care Center in Onamia, Minn.
Interment at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
Annie was born January 21, 1917 in Langdon Township, Cavalier County. Annie was the daughter of John G. and Elizabeth (Klebovich) Kram. She attended rural school at Langdon. She married Hugh Bjornson July 24, 1939. They farmed in the Walhalla, Dresden, and Edmore communities before moving to a farm near Isle, Minn. and later to the city of Wahkon. She was a great gardener and loved working in the garden and with her flowers. She was active in the Kitchen Band, Wahkon Civic Board, and Wahkon Senior Dining. She enjoyed her kitchen chores of cooking, baking, and canning. Sewing and crocheting were not only dear to her; the work she did for others also earned her a community seamstress title. She enjoyed the activities in her community and was a friend to many. Her last five years have been under the good care of the professionals at Mille Lacs Health System Long Term Care.
Annie is survived by daughters Thomasien (Robert) Hodgson, Wales; Martha Bjornson, Onamia, Minn.; Gloria (LeRoy) Iverson, Penguilly, Minn.; Viola Wensmann, Bolivar, Mo.; Ronda Bjornson-Main, Wahkon, Minn.; Daughter-in-law Gloria (Bjornson) Fischer, Wahkon, Minn.; Sons Jacob (JoAnne) Bjornson, Ashville, Ala.; Robert (Norma) Bjornson, Fort Ripley, Minn.; Bjorn (Barb) Bjornson, Otsego, Minn.; Dale (Christine) Bjornson, Wahkon, Minn., and brother Jerry (Lorraine) Kram, Evansville, Minn. Annie’s extended family included 33 grand children, 49 great grand children, and 18 great great grand children.
Annie was proceeded in death by her parents; husband Hugh, son Thomas, sons-in-law Don Wensmann and Freddie Main; granddaughter Ledean Tienter, great granddaughter Chrissy Waddill; sisters Kate Leicht, Liz Osborne, and Mary Danielson; brothers Walter, Joe, Phil, Louis, John, Ed, and Frank Kram.
Arrangements are with the Shelley Funeral Chapel of Onamia.
