Chelsea Hurzeler, of Langdon, will be opening the doors of her new salon, Primped and Polished, this coming week. Hurzeler, who is originally from Langdon, moved back home after attending The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo. Since January of this year, Hurzeler has been working at Cathy’s Towne Shoppe along side Cathy White, Linda Kempel, and Bobbi Hayes. All the ladies will be joining Hurzeler at her new salon as Cathy’s Towne Shoppe closes. The ladies, who have already been working closely together, couldn’t be more excited to continue on with Hurzeler.
Hurzeler stated, “I love my co-workers and couldn’t ask for a better group of women.”
The salon will be providing several services including, cuts, colors, perms, styles/sets, manicures, shellac, pedicures, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and many more.
“I’m really excited to own my own business. I think it’ll be an interesting chapter of my life,” stated Hurzeler. She continued, “I absolutely love my career and I feel really lucky that this is my life and I get to do this everyday.”
Hurzeler, along with her co-workers, encourage everyone to stop by their salon and see what they have to offer.
“Even if you have a stylist you already love, that’s totally fine, come check out some of our fun retail items, “ commented Hurzeler.
The salon will be open Tuesday through Friday at 9:00 a.m. Special Monday or Saturday appointments can be made. To contact the ladies at Primped and Polished call, 701-256-2106.
