A funeral service was held April 22, 2015 at Oak Island Presbyterian Church in Mukwongo, Wisc. for Bonnie Jean Sutton, a long-time resident of Oak Island, Wisc.

She died Feburary 18, 2015, at Linden Grove Nursing Home in Mukwongo, Wisc.
Bonnie was born in 1935 near Salisbury, N. C. She lived there until her marriage to James Sutton on November 4, 1957. She lived in Kannapolis, N. C. until the summer of 1971 when she moved with her family to Langdon where her husband was employed. She moved to Montgomery, Ill., during the summer of 1979. From there she retired and moved to Oak Island, N. C., in 1991. She was an excellent cook and loved entertaining friends and family. She also loved to sew cross stitch items. She loved gardening and shared her produce with many friends and family. She was a member of Oak Island Presbyterian Church in Oak Island, N. C.
Survivors include her daughter, Dawn Borgen (Richard Borgen) of Hannah; sons: Lester Scott Sutton (Karla Sutton) of Mukwonago, Wisc., and Jim Sutton (Rosemary Sutton) of McHenry, Ill.; grandsons: Ian Pike of Granada Hills, Calif., Casey Sutton of McHenry, Ill., Michael Sutton of McHenry, Ill. and granddaughters: Jennifer Sutton of Romeoville, Ill., and Jamie Sutton of McHenry, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Sutton, and her parents.
