Jessica Plummer, a native of Hannah and a graduate of Langdon Area High School, has joined the staff of CCMH to continue practicing physical therapy. Plummer has been working at CCMH for a little over a month already.
Plummer attended the University of North Dakota where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She previously worked for Altru Outreach Therapy in Hallock, Minn.
“This is my home and everything important to me is here,” Plummer said about moving back to Langdon.
Being able to spend time with her family was the major draw for Plummer to return to Langdon. When the position at CCMH became available everything fell into place for Plummer to come back home.
“I’m looking forward to being able to spend time with my family, Doug and Linda Plummer and brother Landon’s family,” Plummer stated.
Plummer explained that on a typical day in the physical therapy room, she works with patients of all ages and in need of all types of physical therapy. Most often, the patients require orthopedic treatment. She helps patients get mobility and strength back into areas such as knees, shoulders and backs after injuries or surgeries.
Plummer is looking forward to being here for a long time and is thankful to have found the opportunity to come back.
“I’m excited to return to the Langdon area and practice at CCMH,” Plummer said.
