“I went to yoga one Thursday morning and was informed the room would be open for rent in September and gladly accepted,” Hennager shared. “It’s a great professional setting for me to come back and do what I love.”
Hennager had previously provided massage therapy services out of her home and is looking forward to having a more accessible location and times for her clients. Pristine Massage will be located in the space previously occupied by Serene Dreams.
“I’m very excited to be back to work after having my little one. There’s been a lot of change to my life this last year, and I am thankful for my patient clients and can’t wait to see their faces again,” Hennager said.
Hennager provides therapeutic, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. She also offers massage cupping, hot stones (upon request), essential oils, and kt taping.
Massage therapy provides many benefits to a person’s mind and their body. The main benefit is increased blood flow which flushes lactic acid from the muscles and improves the circulation of the lymph fluid which carries metabolic waste away from muscles and internal organs. This assists in lowering blood pressure, improving body function and helping relax your mind and body.
“I’ve worked with clients with fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, tendinitis, sciatic nerve pain, depression, and anxiety,” Hennager said.
Hennager went on to explain the different benefits that are achieved through her other services. Massage cupping helps bring blood flow to the areas it needs it, helping muscle tissue heal and recover. Hot stones use heat to increase blood flow and release tense muscles. KT taping is for extra support for different needs. She also does lots of pregnancy massages.
Hennager would also like to clear up some confusion regarding her recent move to Adams.
“I did move to Adams, but I love my work and my clients and was always planning on coming back to Langdon for massage therapy,” Hennager stated.
