Brian was born on May 22, 1967, in Langdon to Marion and Judd Johnson. He grew up in Langdon and attended school with the class of 1986. He moved to Portland, Ore. in 1985. He married Anita Danielson on July 21, 2000, in Portland. The couple made their home in Gresham, Ore. and were blessed with a daughter, Mariah (17), who he admired and spoiled. He began his career as a residential and commercial painter with his brother, Craig. He then owned his own painting business, Brian Johnson Painting. He was a hard worker and was known for his perfectionism. He took pride in his work and befriended his customers. He enjoyed many things in life including anything with wheels or on the water! From mini bikes and motorcycles on the dirt trails in Langdon to three-wheelers on the sand dunes of the Oregon coast. He was proud of his cars including his cherished Camaro and Corvette. He spent many weekends with friends and family boating on the Columbia river. He put his heart and soul into everything he cooked including his famous lasagna and twice-baked potatoes! While cooking he always had everyone laughing with his sense of humor and funny faces. He was a collector of vintage toys and antiques and had many trinkets around the house. He always looked forward to visiting Gearhart Beach and his annual trips to Disneyland and Hawaii with his family. In his downtime, he could be found cuddling on the couch with his dogs listening to old country music.

Brian will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Anita, and their daughter, Mariah; his mother, Marion, Fargo; his brothers Cleve (Debbie) Johnson of Fargo and Craig (Janna) Johnson of Portland, Ore.; his sister Diane (Ed) Lommel of Breckenridge, Minn.; his brother-in-law Daryl Soli of Damascus, Ore.; his father and mother in-law Ken and Sandy Danielson; his sisters-in-law Amy, Aileen, and Dana; as well as many nieces and nephews.
