Cory was born March 13, 1958, in Langdon, to Clifford and Josephine Bergman. He spent many years by his dad’s side working the wheat fields on the family farm in North Dakota. His time on the farm made him appreciate the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He and his brother, Brian, spent lots of time together enjoying walking their dogs and sharing a love of watching old westerns on tv.
He is survived by his daughter, Marisa Bergman, of Eudora, Kansas; his mother, Josephine Bergman (Venne), of Grand Forks; brothers and sisters and their spouses: Ronnie Bergman, Roger Bergman, Sally Bergman (Bob Guthrie), Sammy Bergman, Nicolette Bergman, Brian Bergman, Darla Moran (Joseph Moran), Vincent Bergman and Bradley (Julie Bergman); several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Charlie.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Bergman, and sister Cindy Cook.
We will always carry Cory’s memory in our heart.
